CIB Requisition Management System

Overview

A comprehensive CIB (Credit Information Bureau) Requisition Management System that digitizes and automates the complete lifecycle of company registration, director registration, and CIB request management, with configurable approval workflows, bulk processing, and real-time notifications.

Problem

Registering companies and directors and processing CIB requests involved manual, paper-heavy approval chains with no consistent audit trail, making bulk processing slow and compliance reporting difficult.

Solution

Built a Flask backend with a multi-stage workflow engine to route company, director, and CIB requests through role-based approvals, paired with a Next.js/TypeScript frontend for submission, bulk processing, dashboards, and real-time notifications.

My Responsibilities

• Designed and developed backend services using Python and Flask.
• Built scalable REST APIs for registration, approval workflows, reporting, and notification management.
• Developed responsive frontend modules using Next.js, TypeScript, and NextAuth.
• Implemented secure authentication and authorization with role-based access control (RBAC).
• Designed workflow engines for multi-level approval processes.
• Optimized bulk creation and processing of company registrations, director registrations, and CIB requests.
• Developed dashboard and reporting modules to provide real-time business insights.
